How to change the language of Minimize/Maximize button in a PartStack? [message #1768408]

I am a RCP E4 developer.I need to internationalize my app.I have finished most of the job.However, I can't find a way to change the language of Minimize/Maximize button in a PartStack(as shown in the image). I have googled lots of pages, but find nothing useful. Anyone can help me?
