Wow, BIRT 4.7 has been out for a while now, but there's still no direct link to downloads, announcements, etc.

Can someone please update these things?

Completely agree: Eclipse Birt 4.7.0 was (and still is) announced for the 28th of June. But neither a download nor any explaination "what is going on" is available.
