I'm currently using ecj.jar to compile my classes through command line to include warn checks in CI.

I'm using ecj 4.6.1 from Maven Central.

I'd like to update it to use the version Oxygen uses. Where can I find it?

No Oxygen artifacts are yet on Maven central, see also https://bugs.eclipse.org/499019#c13
