You will need to create those fragments yourself and put them in the
plugins directory of the build.
You can take the fragments from some other platform and modify it as
appropriate. Modification will include changing the MANIFEST.MF, change
the *.properties files, and recompile the native libraries for
gtk.hpux.ia64_32.
Recompiling the native code is the big step. While it may be possible
to simply recompile the launcher for gtk.hpux.ia64_32 (by starting with
some other gtk port). I'm not very familiar with SWT, which may take
actual code changes to get it working on that platform.
