Eclipse Oxygen and Dynamic Web Project [message #1767200]

When I create a new Dynamic Web Project I can't see the whole window.

The Gtk window (as I could see with Gtk inspector) has scroll bars but they do not appear...

I'm using fedora 25 with gnome.
