Cannot find "paths and symbols" under the tag of C/C++ General in project property [message #1766744]

Hello,
I am using Eclipse Neon. When I am trying to set up my project for ROS package following this guidance https://github.com/ethz-asl/programming_guidelines/wiki/Catkin-Eclipse, I cannot find "Properties > C/C++ General > Paths and Symbols". I appended a screen shot for this problem. Please check it.
How can I make Eclipse show this tag? Or where can I find "Paths and Symbols"?

Did you look at 9 lines below your cursor?
