I just downloaded the latest eclipse-reporting-neon-R-win32-x86_64.zip and attempting to extract it. I keep getting "an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file..." pom.properties Path too long.

I also get the file name too long for org.eclipse.jst.jsf.apache.trinidad.tagsupport.feature

If I skip these and try to then run eclipse, I am getting an error message: Java was started but returned exit code= 13....

I'm on a Windows 10 Pro 64bit machine.

Thank you

Perhaps try the installer. It will make sure you have the right bitness and version of Java installed (giving a browser link for where to get the one you need), and will not involve unzipping and complaining about long paths.
