In the Software Update dialog, what is the difference between

a) Eclipse SDK
b) Eclipse Platform SDK ?

See attached screenshot.

If that doesn't work, try

Eclipse includes (PDT, JDT, Platform, and Equinox). Platform includes
Platform and Equinox.

SDK means th at it includes source bundles and schema (as opposed to a
runtime, which wouldn't supply any of those).
