installing Extension for Adobe Premiere. [message #1765551]

I'm using Neon3 and i would install the Extension for Adobe Premiere.
I downloaded the ccextensionswin64.zip with
Help > Install new software > ADD > Archive > ccextensionswin64.zip .

The Location is :
jar:file:/C:/Users/HP-620/Desktop/Pyxis Connection/Adobe CC/ccextensionswin64.zip!/

The error is:
Could not find jar://file:mypath....

Help me.
