Removing plan from pickup no longer stops the plan [message #1765339]

In 3.6.4 when a plan was removed from "pickup" it was also stopped in the server.

Since 3.7.0 when removing a plan all I see is a deleted event but the plan has to be additionally uninstalled via the admin UI in my browser.

Is this an intended change?
