Neon Java IDE Visual Class - swing [message #1763788]

Friend

I can not see a way to create there is no button to do so - tried to customize prospectives

no DESIGNER ACTIONS check box under "Actions Set Availability" tab (there is no "Commands Groups Availability " as there is LUNA
"new visual class" option under "Tool Bar Visability" tab

Luna has this Neon does not

what do I do?

Are you sure you have the same set of plug-ins installed in both versions of Eclipse?
