I am in a situation where my downloads are restricted to HTTPS mirrors. I have had no issues obtaining most of the Oracle and Microsoft products I need for my job, but I do not see any Secure Mirrors for the eclipse packages. Am I missing something or are all of the downloads really limited to FTP and HTTP?
