Eclipse User

Distros Linux:
Debian 8 gnome, kde
Fedora 25 gnome

Eclipse Versions:
Mars
Neon

Problems:
Eclipse with Windows Builder freeze all the time in Design view;
JDialog parsing is totally broken and have red color;
When Design parsing the code to view, eclipse message "parsing" freeze the ide and I need to kill the process;
