Hi Team,

We introduced in the past so called 'Semantic Folders' in Dirigible's project - e.g. DataStructures, ScriptingServices, WebContent, etc.
It is time to revise this decision and to see whether it will be better to remove the necessity of having such first level folders in the new major version 3.
