Java Build Order by Dependency or Rebuild based on Dependency [message #1760777]

I have many projects in my eclipse workspace. Some projects are dependent on other projects. I am curious how Eclipse manages these build dependencies when either I build the entire workspace or build a working set? Does eclipse rebuild the projects that the "main" project is dependent on before the "main" project? Or is there some way this is normally handled for making building multiple processes more easily and more automated?
