all values shows N/A [message #1760095]

all the values show N/A although the monitoring is running

i have tried to turn the monitoring off and then on, but it still show the same

can someone pls tell me how to solve the problem

I guess that you are using 1.8.4, at least I've seen this issue several times in 1.8.4. Maybe restarting 4diac-ide and forte helps. In case it does not help, maybe try the 1.9.0.M1 there it should work again.

hi the problem is that you can only monitor FBs which are mapped to a FORTE device. The FBs you've selected are FBs mapped to FBRT from Holobloc which does not support our monitoring protocol.

it seems that the monitoring still doesn't work, if i have mapped the FBs to a Forte Device . It always shows N/A. I have update the IDE to 1.9.0.M

thanks for your answer.
i didn't got any error during the download.
but it shows error during enable the monitoring.
u see it in the picture

Would you mind showing me a screen shot from the system configuration of this system. Do you have several devices with the port 61499?

Problem schon behoben, indem ich einfach die alte Version heruntergeladen haben.
Die sind 4diac IDE 1.6.2 und Forte 1.6.2, und dann läuft alles super

This is very strange. i would not recommend to use 1.6.2. Monitoring normally works in the 1.8.3 and all in all 1.8.3 is much more stable and has a greatly improved usability. So It would be really interesting via it is not working for you.
