I am using Eclipse RCP as a platform for development.
I am developing an e4 application using JavaFX as an UI Technology.
Please suggest me that which technology I should for modeling, Like- EMF or others.

I suppose it depends on what you're trying to model. Certainly Ecore is generally useful for modeling arbitrary things and in fact the the UI model for e4 is an Ecore model. Many Eclipse technologies leverage Ecore/EMF so you'd have a lot of reusable infrastructure available...

I am trying to create a product like eclipse there I can create, open, save the project. I am using RCP e4 application and JavaFX for UI So planning for better modeling.

In above case, Please tell me that EMF will be good or any other modeling.

Of course you've still not told me what you'll be modeling. But given you can use Ecore to model anything, EMF is likely a good starting point.
