Different views of the same model [message #1756261] Tue, 14 March 2017 11:55 Go to next message

Hi,

I need to have some diagrams related to the same model. The model should be synchronized. So the option of unsynchronized model doesn't work.
I need to have in some of the diagrams the same element (synchronized element).

For example, I have the ecore with all elements: animals, places and abilities. a diagram has a dog related to a place. The other diagram has the same dog related to an ability. I need these dogs synchronize. If I change the dog name in one diagram i should see the change in the other.

The first thing I need to solve is to have two different diagrams synchronized with the same model and the second thing is how to have certain element synchronized in both diagrams.

Any idea to achieve that?

I appreciate any help!

Thanks
