The OSCAT library is in the list of "Type library" 4DIAC but is not in FORTE.
What's the state of this library?

What you see in the typelibrary under OSCAT was a first experiment for translating IEC 6131-3 function blocks to IEC 61499. We learned a lot from that. Currently we are re-evaluating this. Also as a result from this work we are currently developing a better storage format for IEC 61499 "Simple FB" as part of the IEc standardization work. As Simple FBs are one means for translating IEC 61131-3 FBs to IEC 61499 we would like to wait till this effort is at a further stage. If you would like to use the OSCAT library for evaluation you can take the source code from 1.7 versions.
