I am using Ubuntu 14.04, I have source code of linux kernel V3.10.

1. Can i use Eclipse IDE to compile existing Linux source code. If so which Eclipse IDE package should i use to to compile linux kernel ?
2. Can i use Eclipse IDE to tweak linux kernel ? If so HOW (please elaborate) ?
3. If linux kernel tweaking using Eclipse IDE is possible, Please suggest me some Links/tutorials for going ahead.

Regards,
Suhas

Start with the Wiki page on the kernel.

https://wiki.eclipse.org/HowTo_use_the_CDT_to_navigate_Linux_kernel_source

PS This forum aims to support use of CDT within Eclipse. I wouldn't expect anyone here to bring you up to speed on Linux Kernel development. Perhaps something like https://kernelnewbies.org/
