Hey,

i was wondering whether it is possible to model and then auto-generate (at least partially) SWT GUIs.

So lets I ve a class of GUIs/Editors which all consist of a number of Combo boxes, Text fields and ListViewers. Those Elements represent (and edit) some Variables/Lists. The Listner and SelectionAdapter are always the same (or very similar). Only the Data and the amount of used Elements changes.

So my question is what would be the best approach to automate the implementation of those GUIs as much as possible.

Is there maybe some Meta-Modeling Tool where I could basically model my GUI as an UML Class Diagram and then do some data binding or something like that?

Any hints or comments are welcome.
