Sorry if something is wrong in my request or writing, but i'm a complete newbie Smile

I have Eclipse PDT Neon 1 Version 4.6.1 and if i started the compare view and press the button "Copy All From Left To Right" or "Copy All From Right To Left", Eclipse create indentings on empty lines on the left or right page which are not existing on the other side.
Depends this on my settings or is this a bug?
Can anyone please help me with this problem?
