Hello,

For example, X is programming language got it own compilers and etc.

How to integrate with Eclipse IDE, So that crate apps using X programs and so on.
Like CDT, JDT, PDT (C,C++,Java) etc.
,
Any procedure need to follow.

This is a little like asking, how do I build a car like Mercedes does. It's not a short answer. Whole books are written on the subject. Do more of your own homework and ask questions that are more focused. If you're really looking to design your own programming language, have a look at https://www.eclipse.org/Xtext/
