Eclipse Neon crashes [message #1742891]

Hi,
I'm using the window builder of eclipse neon: Version: Neon Release (4.6.0)
and I came to a point that every time I try adding a single JButton to the container the eclipse freezes and the scroll bar on the right starts going up and down really fast. And it stays like that for about 5 minutes and releases.
No matter if I shut the eclipse down and retry it does the same.

What should I do?
