Greetings,

This message represents my request for information on how to install and run UML on Neon. I am new to Eclipse and I am running Windows 10. I've tried the help files and forums and have not found the information that covers these topics yet. Any help getting to this information is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "install" and "run" UML? UML is a standard format (language) for expressing models, it's not executable.
