Issue on install of Eclipse Java Developers [message #1741601]

Hi

I tried to run the new installer of eclipse (the executable) but it failed stating there is an error but no details on the error at all neither mentioning if there is a log file to look at)

So i downloaded the zip file and extracted it. Run the eclipse.exe which starts the IDE but getting this error popup message (please refer to attachment). Is this going to affect my dev work ? Cannot find anything about this error on google.

For the error dialog please file a bug at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=EPP and select "Error Reporting and Logging", thanks.
This shouldn't, however, break any regular functionality of the IDE.
