No warning in Tooling for missing elementId [message #1741588] Fri, 26 August 2016 02:59

According to this bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=379313

There should be a warning in the model editor if an elementId is missing.

Currently, there is no warning if the element ID is missing.
This leads to duplicated elements when the workbench is restarted (without setting the 'clear persisted state' option).
