Pardon novice question here. I am using Spring Cloud Config Server, which utilizes JGit to interface with github. It works great on Linux when authenticated via git cache or store, but fails when running on Windows. I tried countless methods including _netrc, credential.helper store, and cache to no avail. Has anyone here tried using JGit on Windows with one of these authentication methods? Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
~george

You should ask this question to the Spring cloud config server project. JGit has a .netrc credentials provider but I don't know if Spring cloud config server is using that.
JGit currently does not support credential helpers.
