Would it be possible to write a DSL that inherits from the the Xtext grammar language? I tried the obvious way, but wasn't sure what to do with the ecore and genmodel files.

Apologies if the solution is obvious, but I've only ever used Xtext to build "from scratch" without these extra files.

i assume this wont work cause of https://github.com/eclipse/xtext-core/issues/41 and problems arround that
