Anyone know what its trying to look for?)

Kept getting connection errors when trying to import from a remote git repo and found out I was getting this error consistently

fatal: Could not switch to '/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/etc/': No such file or directory

Any ideas on what its looking for and where I might be able to configure it's location?
