Hi

The QVT 1.3 specification is now out of Beta.

Changebarred version and the RTF report available via
http://www.omg.org/spec/QVT/1.3/

Main change is the additional QVTo editorial material on
tracing/resolution/overloading. Eclipse QVTo still has a little catching
up to do.
