Why do I have to pick the Eclipse Community twice to a search? [message #1734186]

Most forums on the internet are context aware. So when I user presses the "Search" button the search is confined to the forum of the current page. But for eclipse when a user is on a forum, before any searches are made, the Search link takes the user to a page where the user must pick a specific forum, AGAIN.
