sorry for putting this here, I have no idea where or to who I report this problem. the link returns 404 and the plugin is missing.

can someone help me out and point me on the right direction.

where do I report this problem?

AFAIK, the Workspace Mechanic is not an Eclipse Project. And from what I remember it wasn't developed very actively --
maybe it's dead now.

You may want to have a look at https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Installer to learn about an Eclipse.org project that
provides similar functionality.

I've created a new update site/p2 repository for the workspace mechanic:
