Hi,
When the view point is selected i want to create an XML file programmatically using Sirius.
Any solution for it ?

Sirius has no helper to create programmatically an XML file. On the
other hand, you can have a look to the new "Ecore Modeling Project"
wizard [1] from EcoreTools that create an EMF file during the project
creation [2].
