How can I write a plugin which adds a new type when selecting Run>Run... ?

Maybe there is an example or an tutorial for just doing this?

In fact I would like to change a little bit how JUnit Plugin Tests are run
for Eclipse 3.2 (important because the seem to have changed a lot in 3.3).
But I can't find the actual plugin which provides this run feature.
