When completing a setup via Oomph, the user chosen variable values are stored. The next time the user performs the setup, the same values are used. If the user wants to change them, he as to select the "Show all variables" option.

Is it possible for a setup to prevent the storing of specific variables? That way, the user would be forced to always supply a value.

Consider that it had better remember it somehow and somewhere, otherwise
you'd need to enter it each and every time you performed. You can
control where it's saved with the "scope" property of the variable.
The installation and workspace scopes are narrower and would need to
respecified each time you created a new installation (in the former
case), and each time you opened a new workspace (in the later case).
