Created a project with one source file. Compiled and ran fine. Now I have one with two source files and couple of include files and Eclipse won't do anything with it.

Eclipse Version 3.8.1 running on Linux Mint.

You need to give more information than you have.

What kind of project was the original and what kind is the one with two source files?
Are they the same project?
How did you go about creating it and getting the source files into it?
Why do you think Eclipse "won't do anything with it"?
