FileDialog doesn't work behind proxy [message #1730088]

We are using the FileDialog to upload documents to our application. Since we upgraded from version 2.3 to 3.1 the FileUpload doesn't work behind our proxy anymore. On my local machine everything works fine but when I deploy to our production environment the upload fails.

When I look at the chrome debug tools I can see that the upload fails with error 404 because the upload url is missing the part that is added by the proxy.

What can we do to fix the url?

could you please open a bugzilla and provide an example of the URL with
the missing proxy data?
