Are there any plans to release Babel 0.13.2, and if so, is there any planned released date?

Because of resource constrains, Babel only provides 2 releases a year - 0.n.0 (end of July) and 0.n.1 (end of November).

Babel Language Packs R0.14.0 is in progress. It should be available about 4 to 6 weeks after the release of Eclipse Neon Release, which is around end of July.
