Hi guys,

I've just migrated RCPTT 2.1 nightly to Neon.
Unfortunately it is not in Neon M6, will be included into M7.

Now it depends on Java 1.8 for both RCPTT IDE and runner.

Previous versions of Eclipse should be supported same way,
we will perform some extra testing to be sure all is fine before M7.
