In the old bug (0.10) https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=399616, Camille talks about a CSS debug view.
Purpose would be to analyze the results of CSS "interpretation" for the current diagram.

Is there still anything of that kind available in today's Papyrus releases?
If so, where to find it?

Hi,

It's not officially released, but it's available in the Papyrus developer tools (Nightly builds only):

https://hudson.eclipse.org/papyrus/job/Papyrus-Mars-Developer/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/repository/
https://hudson.eclipse.org/papyrus/job/Papyrus-Master-Developer/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/repository/

Then Window > Show view > Papyrus/CSS Debug
