I dont know how to get a reference to IEditorReference? Rest of the
arguments are gettable..but what is an IEditorReference?

That's all internal code (and it's the worst kind, the tightly coupled
kind).

Basically, you'll have to hack around until you can put it together (no
guarantee that it'll work) ... I think EditorManager creates
EditorReferences.
