Did you use the Oracle installer to install Java? If so, the location you chose at that install time is written (along
with other things) to the Windows registry. I don't think you can move that JDK after that install time. Just don't do
it and all is good. If you really need it in folder X, not Y, then install it in X initially. But don't move it.

Shad,
Download a new installer. Or fix the existing installer's
eclipse-inst.ini using the same approach as you'd use for eclipse.ini of
an installation.
