These forums are your way of communicating with the community of people developing and using Eclipse-based tools hosted at Eclipse.org. A coding question like this belongs somewhere like StackOverflow, in which case I highly suggest you read http://stackoverflow.com/help/how-to-ask .

Nitin's answer wasn't meant to offend. The most important information he
conveyed was that this is not the forum you're going to find answers to
general coding questions in. So, do not ask this question here.

Then he suggested that your question would not elicit much response in
stackoverflow.com, a forum that does answer the question we think you're
asking. However, your question suffers from issues that would be cleared
up by learning from the document at the link he provided. For example,
your post abounds in typos and mechanics mistakes that make it hard to
read. And that's only the beginning.

From there, you might gain some clues from beginning to post your
question in stackoverflow.com and reading other posts that forum
suggests based on what you've begun to write. Look at how they ask and
at how they ask it demonstrates the research they've done behind it.

In particular, Swing is a GUI framework. What does that have to do with
CSV files and with Excel? You might make that relationship clear in your
post. Etc.

Cheers.
