Yes, that's correct...the full path
/home/data/users/mkuppe//home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/rt/ecf
seems wrong to me, although both parts (/home/data/users/mkuppe and
/home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/rt/ecf are present).
What's confusing about all this is that we haven't changed the
configuration significantly (i.e. we haven't changed paths, logins, in
the builder etc). Things just started to fail in this way without
obviously related changes on our builder's side.

Yes...good idea. I did take a look at this and couldn't detect any
obvious problems, although I think that the version that's on master is
significantly different (newer) than the version we are currently using
for build.
