I have been searching for a BIRT user's manual and have been unable to find one. I was able to get some tutorials on the BIRT Community websites, but not a comprehensive manual. Can anyone point where I can get BIRT user's manual? I also would like to know how I can contact the administrators of the BIRT project.

Note that there is a dedicated Eclipse BIRT forum.
