problems running an opencl program from eclipse IDE [message #1720235]

I am usign eclipse indigo IDE for OpenCL (running it from an non-root account), but when i try to run a program afer successfully building it, it fails, since some calls require supervisor privileges. however, when i run it from a terminal, after doing a sudo bash on it, the program runs perfectly ... could anyone help me on solving this issue in order to successfully run it from eclipse? .. i try to execute eclipse as root, but additional problems appear ... thanks
