Hello everyone!
Detail description:Eclipse(Kepler Service Release 2),tomcat7.0.63(or later),windows7(or windows 2012 R2).
I started tomcat with Eclipse, response time is 2 seconds.
I started tomcat with startup.bat, response time is 5 seconds.
What Eclipse did to tomcat?
Why the response performance of each request is more than two times?

Wang,

This sounds like a question that should be directed to the Web Tools forum.
