Hello Hi.
am trying to understand OSGi equinox platform using eclipse IDE.
I have learned about two concepts i.e: "OSGi Services" and "Extensions".
I have an existing PDE project that was created for Equinox as a Target platform.
The Bundles, therefore have no "plugin.xml" file.

My questions are:
1) Does it make sense to combine the two concepts in a single project?

2) How can I add the "plugin.xml" to and Bundles that were create for Equinox Target platform?
And how can I integrate this file in the MANIFEST of the bundle(s)?

Oh I found the answer to my problem.
On the MENIFEST.MF -> Overview tab, there is an option "Extension/Extension point Content". Here i could activate the Extensions, which created a plugin.xml file automatically.

I hope this can help some OSGi newbies like me.
