Unable to integrate BIRT report in JAVA Web Project and deploy on tomcat [message #1718328]

Hi ,
I am trying to integrate BIRT Report inside my JSP page in my java web project.

JAVA Version:1.7.0,Tomcat version:7,JAVA Complier:1.7.Dynamic Web Module:3.0

I have copied the birt jars in my web-inf lib folder
I have downloaded latest birt runtime and copied WebViewerExample as birt and birt.war in my installation location

While try to load the JSP that contains my birt report and also if I try to open any birt report directly through tomcat I am getting below error:
HTTP Status 404 - /RallyLogin/frameset

type Status report

message /RallyLogin/frameset

description The requested resource is not available.

Apache Tomcat/7.0.42

Plus no other error is coming on console.
Please let me know what I am missing. I have attached my Project src code as RallyLogin.zip
Please help
